Your Role

As a Surveyor / Field Engineer at WES Construction Corp, you will play a crucial role in project execution, partnering closely with the project Superintendent to make the project a success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Complete baseline construction surveys
• Provide ongoing survey and layout throughout the duration of 1 or more projects
• Create as-built drawings in AutoCAD
• Complete quantity takeoff and tracking
• Assist site superintendent with daily reports, RFIs, and obtaining supplies
• Participate in project meetings such as daily huddles and tool box talks

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• A strong, knowledge of survey equipment including Total Stations, Data Collectors, GPS
• A minimum of 8 years of experience performing construction survey and layout for large ($10M+) commercial construction projects
• A minimum of 5 years using AutoCAD
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills
