Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager at WES Construction Corp., you will play a crucial role in overseeing project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values
• Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborating with superintendents to allocate resources effectively
• Leading pre-construction and project close-out activities
• Mentoring Project Managers and Project Engineers

We are seeking a candidate with:

• A strong, proven background in building and/or site construction work
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly
• A detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset
• Experience with Water/Wastewater work and/or self-perform site work is a plus
• Experience working in the MA Public sector is a plus
